Return and Refund Policy

 

At Deli Works Catering, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled without any charges up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or event date.
  • Cancellations made after this time frame will be subject to a 25%  cancellation fee.

2. Refunds for Cancellations

  • If you cancel your order within the allowed cancellation period, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days

3. Refunds for Issues with Orders

  • If there is a problem with your order, such as incorrect or missing items, please notify us immediately upon delivery or within 24 hours
  • We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the issue cannot be resolved with a replacement or other satisfactory solution.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for food items once they have been delivered, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Special orders and customized catering packages are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
